Introduction
AI-Corporate has an extensive management environment. Depending on the settings per role, you will see the following tiles:
Managing Models
On the page Administration → AI Settings → Models you determine which AI providers are available in the environment. Users then choose a preferred provider themselves under Preferences. The concrete models come from the central model catalog of AI-Corporate and are no longer manually selected per environment from a list of models.

Setting Up the Environment
Every organization receives its own environment within AI-Corporate. This environment must be selected before login options are displayed.
Managing Domains
Whitelisting Domains
Managing Locations
After the basic environment setup, locations must first be added.
Managing Employees
After adding branches, employees can be added per branch. In the toolbar, you'll find a switch to toggle between branches.
Managing Topics
After adding locations, topics must be added.
Limits
In Environment → Limits, you set the daily limits for images and chat messages for employees. A soft limit warns; a hard limit blocks further use until the quota is reset.
System Prompts
Via System Prompts you define which fixed instructions AI-Corporate receives with each new chat from an employee. They, for example, guide tone, terminology, audience, and organizational context.
Tools
Via the Tools tile in the management environment, you configure per AI provider which tools and integrations are available. This determines which additional capabilities the AI can use in a conversation, such as internet searching, image generation, calculations, route planning, or information recording.
Functions
Via Functions you determine which functions employees may use. AI-Corporate has no learner settings here.
Set up Microsoft 365
There are two ways to connect Microsoft 365 to your AI-Corporate environment. First choose which route fits your organization.
Privacy Protection (PII)
The Privacy Protection tile lets AI-Corporate automatically check chat messages for personally identifiable information (PII) before they are sent to the AI. Per category, you configure how the system handles detected data.
Onboarding
The Onboarding tile in the management environment lets you configure what staff see during their first login. You can show a pop-up message and require an onboarding video before the first-login steps are completed.

Managing assistants
In the admin environment, administrators see the organization’s assistants, their own assistants, and colleagues’ public assistants. They can view, copy, and share these assistants. Organization administrators can also make assistants available organization-wide.
Manage accounts
The account overview gives administrators insight into all user accounts within the organization. Here you can manage accounts, view statistics, and perform bulk actions.
Setting Up and Managing the Knowledge Base
With the knowledge base, the organization centrally provides reliable information. Administrators can publish links and knowledge documents for employees. Published knowledge documents are also automatically included when their content is relevant to a regular chat question.
Fixed suppliers in invoice processing
This optional module is available when enabled for your environment and you have administration rights. Open a customer administration and go to Supplier names. Search by company name (optionally with city) or KvK number and select the correct business. Its official name, trade names and address are retrieved. Check the short name and enter the VAT number from the invoice if needed. KvK does not verify the VAT number.
Setting up branding
As a super admin, you can adjust the house style of your environment. You do this via Administration → Branding. These settings override the environment's default settings so that your organisation is recognisable to users.
Managing document templates
Document templates make fixed Word documents available for Text to document. Users can choose active templates from the environment and, where applicable, from their school or branch.
Video attachments
Open the video in video administration. Below the video settings, edit the name of each attachment. Save the video to keep the changes. This name applies only to the attachment on this video; the file name and download link are preserved.
