Personal assistants
AI-Corporate no longer distinguishes between personal assistants, roles, and shared assistants. Everything is now called an assistant. You always create an assistant for yourself first and then optionally decide with whom you share it.
Assistants and Workflows
AI-Corporate uses the same Angular Material structure for assistants and workflows. Cards are outlined, content and counters are aligned to a single fixed left edge, and compact action buttons have the same height everywhere. The same rules apply in the dark theme.
Assistants
With assistants in AI-Corporate you can prepare a recurring task, fixed workflow, or specific form of support. An assistant can for example help with reporting, customer communication, internal knowledge, document analysis, or a spoken practice conversation.
Tracking Changes
AI-Corporate has an advanced feature for tracking changes in chat messages. With this feature, you can view all versions of an answer, mark differences between versions, and edit and refine answers.
Workflow assistants
Workflow assistants are an advanced form of AI assistants. Instead of a fully open-ended conversation, the employee goes through a defined sequence of steps guided by AI. This makes it possible to standardize and automate complex, multi-step processes — consistently and repeatedly.
Manage and delete files
Open File management via the menu. Here you manage uploads and files the AI has created. Selecting a file to manage is something different from adding it as a source to a chat; see Chat with documents.
Chat with documents
With Chat with files, you let AI-Corporate answer based on documents that you link to the chat yourself. This is suitable for a one-time analysis, a comparison, or a question about information that is not publicly available.
Personal Knowledge Base
In your personal knowledge base, you store knowledge you want to build on later: workflows, experiences, notes, templates, and preferences. Only you can see this knowledge. AI-Corporate uses it in your chats and voice conversations, alongside your organization's knowledge base.

Creating Documents
With Text to Document you create a new document from a chat. You can choose between a freely designed document and a Word template that has been preconfigured by your organization.
Creating documents in the background
You can ask for a Word document, PDF, or PowerPoint in a regular chat. If the document server for your environment is enabled, the document can be created in the background. This is especially useful for longer documents, multiple sources, and editing an existing file. Availability depends on the settings of your environment.
AI Content Detection
AI-Corporate offers integration with Copyleaks to detect and analyze AI-generated content. This functionality helps ensure the originality and authenticity of texts.
Coding with API Keys
With a Coding API key you can use coding tools that work with an OpenAI-compatible API. The tool sends requests to AI-Corporate. AI-Corporate checks the key, the budget, the validity period, and the allowed models.
Install and Use OpenCode
OpenCode is an agentic coding tool. The tool is available as a terminal application, desktop application, and IDE extension.
Audio Transcription & Meeting Minutes
AI-Corporate can turn audio recordings into text and automatically create meeting minutes from them. Transcription uses the transcription provider from the central model catalog, such as OpenAI or European AI. When you start, you choose whether the recording is for personal use, a meeting, or a lesson/presentation.
