Assistants and Workflows

AI-Corporate uses the same Angular Material structure for assistants and workflows. Cards are outlined, content and counters are aligned to a single fixed left edge, and compact action buttons have the same height everywhere. The same rules apply in the dark theme.

Assistants

Filter by all, favorites, own items, shared items, or organization items. Create collections and drag cards or collections using the handle on the left. A collapsed collection stays collapsed in this browser. Choose Create assistant with AI for a guided intake or Set up an assistant yourself to configure everything manually. Under Manage you can see details, sharing destinations, and aggregated usage by others.

Workflows

AI-Corporate does not have a Lessons section. In the examples section, only Deep research is available. Your own workflows or workflows shared with you can also appear in the overview. Create a new workflow with New workflow in the card at the top of the Workflow assistants tab. Your own workflow can be edited; someone else’s workflow must be copied first.

Cards show the title, description, modification date, relevant characteristics, version, and usage. Hover over chips for explanations. Under Manage you can see the creator and other details.
