System Prompts
Via System Prompts you define which fixed instructions AI-Corporate receives with each new chat from an employee. They, for example, guide tone, terminology, audience, and organizational context.
Environment and exceptions
Under Environment, set the default prompt. In the second tab, add only organization or location-specific exceptions where additional local context is needed. An exception is added on top of the environment prompt and does not replace it.
The server combines the built-in default prompt, the environment prompt, the prompt of the organization or location, and any personal prompt. Use the highest level for fixed rules and exceptions for local agreements.
With View default system prompt, you can see the built-in prompt. With Use default prompt, you reset the input to that text. If the field is empty, the default prompt is used automatically.
