Branding
Administrators can manage the environment branding with a title, colours and logos. The branding is used in the interface and by free documents. A website address can be analysed to suggest logos and colours.
Automatic branding detection
Always check the proposed light background colour and logo contrast before saving. A very light logo can be unreadable on a light background.
School or branch branding
At environment level you can decide whether schools or branches may manage their own branding. Templates remain available through the separate Templates panel, even when school or branch branding is centrally disabled.
Active school or branch branding
School or branch branding takes priority over environment branding. Empty fields inherit environment values. With custom branding, an empty application name uses the school or branch name. Without custom branding, the environment identity remains visible. Name, logo and colours switch together; a school context known in advance also applies on the login screen.
Check the active source and the light and dark previews. After website detection, select a numbered logo candidate for each background. Saved school changes appear immediately. Staff with multiple branches can switch in the side menu; the choice is remembered per account and environment. Reset restores only the visual identity: templates and permission to manage custom branding are retained. Configured permissions determine who can save.
The mobile app uses the same school or branch branding, with the appropriate logo for light or dark mode. Word, PDF and PowerPoint exports use the configured colours. Enable the logo and contact details option when exporting to include them. Free documents save branding with each document version; PDF export uses that same branding.
