Functions

Via Functions you determine which functions employees may use. AI-Corporate has no learner settings here.

At environment level, you choose Allow or Block for each function. Add an organization or location exception only when it must differ from the default. Without an exception, the parent setting is inherited; a higher-level block cannot be overridden lower down.

The centrally managed employee functions are:

  • voice chat;
  • create documents and HTML;
  • MCP and connectors.

Provider-specific tools are managed separately under Tools. Daily quotas remain under Limits.
