Chats Dashboard

Via the "Chats" tile, you get insight into the total API costs for the current month.

Dashboard Explanation​

The dashboard shows an overview of the API costs per location for the current month. The information is displayed in a table with the following columns:

Table Columns​

  • Location Code: The unique code of the location
  • Name: The full name of the location
  • Address: The address of the location
  • Postal Code: The postal code of the location
  • City Name: The city where the location is situated
  • Employees: The number of registered employees at the location
  • Users: The number of registered general users at the location
  • Costs: The total API costs for this location in the current month

Cost Calculation per Location​

The costs per location are not the actual costs, but a calculated distribution based on the number of active users per location. The calculation works as follows:

Costs per location = (Number of active users from location / Total number of active users in the environment) × Total API costs

Where the number of active users consists of employees + general users per location.

Total Costs​

At the top of the dashboard, you see the total API costs for the current month for the entire environment (for example $ 4.71). This amount is distributed across all locations based on their user count.

We count the total of input tokens, output tokens, or other relevant data per model to arrive at the total monthly costs.

School budgets​

Experimental new feature. Measurements only started in September 2026. Earlier months have no measurements; September is still incomplete.

An advisory budget per calendar month, without carryover. AI continues when exceeded. School administrators manage their own school budget; board administrators manage all schools. This is not additional prepaid credit.

Costs calculated from available API measurements and rates, not invoice amounts. Measurements may be missing or delayed. Remaining budget is indicative.

Leave empty to remove the budget. Zero means a €0 budget.

Budget reached or exceeded; AI remains available.

School administrators open their costs directly, without tabs. For one school, cards show the monthly budget, measured costs and remaining amount. Accounts and Chat messages are available from the Administration tiles.
