Privacy with BFL and Stability AI

Black Forest Labs (BFL/FLUX) and Stability AI are image providers, but not subprocessors of AI-Corporate. They do not receive personal data from AI-Corporate. This is technically enforced in the backend.

What is sent?​

Only:

  • an English image prompt that the server builds from a controlled, local catalog;
  • technical image settings, such as model, format, and dimensions.

What is never sent?​

  • the original user prompt or chat history;
  • names, contact information, private addresses, or other personal data;
  • source, inspiration, or reference images;
  • image URLs or base64 image data.

Why might a request be stopped?​

AI-Corporate first maps your description to general subjects from a fixed list, such as toys, animals, plants and activities. Only these are used to build a new request for BFL or Stability AI. Your own text is not sent directly to this image provider.

A request cannot proceed if:

  • personal data or an existing image is needed, for example to reproduce a recognisable person or edit a photo;
  • readable text is needed in the image, including ordinary labels such as ‘Sun’, ‘Moon’ or ‘Earth’;
  • the main subject or an important combination is not covered by the list. The app should not silently replace your subject.

You will see a message, no image will be created and no request will be sent to this image provider. Adjust your request, explicitly ask for an image without text, or choose another permitted image model that supports your request. If only the technical preparation fails, try again.

Can I ask a follow-up question?​

Yes. For example, after an image of a teddy bear, ask ‘Put a toy train next to it’. The earlier description is used to create a new image. The previous image is not sent or edited exactly, so the composition and details may change.
