The chatbot can look up and use information during a conversation.

The real-time chatbot in AI-Corporate can now use tools during a conversation. This allows you to ask current questions and look up information whenever it is needed.

Web search is automatically available in all environments. The chatbot can use OpenAI’s native web search function to look up current information and incorporate it into its response.

The manual search function also works automatically in the background. This means that questions about how AI-Corporate works can be supported with relevant information from the manual.

In addition, when relevant, the chatbot can search your own previous chats. This feature only searches within your own chat history, in the same environment and within the configured retention period.

Administrators can also choose to make weather lookup, Wikipedia, and Wolfram Alpha available. This can be useful, for example, when planning a meeting, checking background information, or performing calculations and analyses.

You do not need to start a separate step for this: the real-time chatbot uses the available tools whenever they can help answer your question.

Gemini 3.6 Flash replaces Gemini 3.5 Flash. It is a fast, versatile choice for research, explanations, analysis, feedback, knowledge work and workflows involving search and grounding. Compared with its predecessor, it delivers better quality, stronger reasoning and greater reliability on more complex assignments, while remaining fast and cost-efficient. This model scores 4/5 for speed, 4/5 for quality and 3/5 for cost efficiency.

Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite replaces Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite. This model is suitable for large volumes of simple, repetitive tasks, such as translations, summaries, standard feedback and common customer or internal communications. The new version is faster and more cost-effective for these types of tasks. With scores of 5/5 for speed, 3/5 for quality and 5/5 for cost efficiency, it is the practical choice when volume and efficiency are the top priorities.

Claude Opus 5 replaces Claude Opus 4.8 and is intended for work where thoroughness matters more than speed or cost. Examples include in-depth analyses, planning, code, extensive process or policy documents, long-context workflows and complex decision-making. Opus 5 offers stronger reasoning, better instruction following and more reliable performance on complex tasks. The model scores 2/5 for speed, 5/5 for quality and 1/5 for cost efficiency.

All three models support image input, tools and reasoning. Choose Flash-Lite for fast, common tasks, Gemini 3.6 Flash as a strong all-rounder for everyday knowledge work, and Claude Opus 5 when maximum quality and careful analysis are required.

AI-Corporate will immediately create a complete configuration proposal. This proposal includes a suitable system prompt, an appropriate initial chat prompt, the optimal language model, and any necessary tools, such as the internet search function.

Before saving the assistant, you have full control to review all the proposed settings and adjust them as desired. Once you are satisfied and save the assistant, it is immediately ready to use. Behind the scenes, a language model turns it into a professional, structured text that matches your brand style, a matching image is generated, and the post is immediately ready as a draft on the publishing platform.

When a workflow requires specific input fields, AI-Corporate first opens a clear form. After filling in the fields (such as text, numbers, or a specific date), this data is sent via a secure webhook as a JSON package to n8n. Does a workflow not require any additional input? From now on, you no longer need to download these documents to your computer first and then manually upload them to your team’s shared drive. With the new Drive connections feature, you can link your online work folders directly to your AI-Corporate account.

You can easily connect Google Drive (including Shared Drives), OneDrive, and SharePoint. After linking your account once, use the folder picker to select the specific folder you want to use. It is also possible to create multiple connections for different projects, clients, or departments.

Once the connection is active, you can send files from File Management or directly from the document view in AI-Corporate to the chosen cloud folder with one click. This keeps all documentation neatly organized within your organization’s cloud environment, without unnecessary extra steps.

The AI-Corporate desktop app has become more powerful. Starting today, it is possible to work directly with Excel, Word, and PDF files in your local folders. Where an automatic conversion was sometimes needed before to process these formats, this now happens fully natively and directly on your own computer. This makes analyzing and managing your business documents even faster and more efficient.

With the revamped local file access, you benefit from the following capabilities:

• Native Excel support (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm): You can have spreadsheets read, written, edited, and searched directly by AI-Corporate. This is ideal for quickly analyzing figures or updating project lists without having to open Excel manually.
• Full PDF functionality: The app reads PDFs with advanced text extraction and can modify existing PDF files. In addition, you can now generate new PDF documents directly from Markdown text.
• Advanced DOCX support: Word documents (.docx) can be read, created, edited, and searched directly. The app performs precise edits in the underlying document structure and effortlessly converts Markdown drafts into a professionally formatted Word file.

You’ll find this button as the second button directly below the input field on the dashboard. What makes this feature especially useful is that you’re not just generating an image, but can also actively steer the result. You can experiment with colors, style, and dimensions so the image better fits what you want to convey. You can also add images for inspiration to make it clearer which direction you want to take. In addition, you can easily work from version to version, allowing you to keep improving an image step by step. With annotations, you can indicate very precisely what should be changed, so you can make targeted adjustments. This makes image creation in AI-Corporate not only easier, but also more creative and more goal-oriented.

Automatic Speaker Recognition and Gemini 3.5 Flash Now Available

New models are now available in AI-Corporate to help you work even more efficiently. The most important addition is the new model for the transcription module: gpt-4o-transcribe-diarize. With this model, it is automatically recognized when a different speaker is talking.

This makes transcribing interviews, customer conversations, or meetings with colleagues much more organized. The text is immediately divided by person (for example Speaker A and Speaker B), so you spend less time manually editing conversation transcripts. The improved transcription with speaker recognition is used automatically when you start the transcription module for your audio recordings.

In addition, we have added Gemini 3.5 Flash to the range of language models. This model is specifically designed for speed and efficiency. It is ideally suited for tasks where you need immediate results, such as generating short text suggestions, quickly translating correspondence, or answering factual questions during your work.

You can easily select the new Gemini model via the model selector in chat. This lets you switch directly to Gemini’s speed when the situation calls for it.

Creating documents within AI-Corporate has now become even more powerful. You can now choose between two different workflows: Free input and using Templates. This gives you the right balance between flexibility and the required business guidelines at all times.

When you choose Free input, you create a document based on a prompt. This gives you maximum freedom to define the content and structure of, for example, a unique project proposal or a creative text. The AI helps you with the setup, after which you can refine the result directly.

In addition, AI-Corporate now supports working with Templates. These are fixed formats that have been prepared by your own organization in the management environment. Think of standard formats for work instructions, official policy documents, or quarterly reports. By working with templates, you can be sure that the document immediately complies with the applicable corporate style and quality standards. The AI automatically fills in the fields in the template based on your instructions, after which you can review the final details via a clear form.

Nieuws brengen​

Als er een nieuwsfeit is dan zie je dat direct bij het inloggen. In het standaard beginscherm staat nu een melding: Nieuws! met daarbij een korte omschrijving. Als je het hele artikel wilt lezen kun je op de Meer nieuws button klikken. Dan wordt je direct naar de Nieuwspagina gebracht. Je kan natuurlijk ook altijd later dit lezen. Ga daarvoor naar Support en kies in het menu daaronder voor Nieuws. Al het nieuws wordt daar bewaard en door naar beneden te scrollen kun je de gehele nieuwsgeschiedenis volgen.

De app is nog volop in ontwikkeling. Dus regelmatig zal een update plaatsvinden. Bij de app updates zal het versie nummer vermeld worden. Alle updates blijven op de Nieuwspagina staan. Je kunt dus altijd terugvinden wat de laatste wijzigingen zijn.
